In the Introduction the main directions of activities of the VZLYOT, Inc., Research and Technological Center are adduced. In that or other kind these directions are reflected in the WEB-site. Unfortunately, in it researches on the Aerospace systems, the Long Distance High-Speed Ground Transport and the Ionized-Vortical Lift Devices have not come which will be considered in the following issues the WEB-site. Therefore, despite importance of lifted problems at the WEB-site to bring only elementary information. There is a first layer of any technological research – the problems are determined, approaches to their solution are planned, the scheme of perspective technical devices are developed.

Is basically ready and the second layer – basic design solutions, a know-how. However for some of them patent protection is required. The vortical approach determining this work can be called and on other, especially on English: a revolutionary path . . . In the works of the RTC VZLYOT is looked through and the third layer – exotic engineering solutions in the field of physics of flight and generation of ecological clean electrical energy which together with adduced here can really become revolutionary and to determine development of engineering of the XXI Century . . .

Probably some of them from positions of a today’s day seem fancy. But always, as makes our magic Konyok, it is useful to be wrapped up in last.

At the beginning of a century, in 1906, when already all main inventions, determining consequent development of the aviation and the astronautics were made and brothers Wright in the Kitties Hawk, the deaf hamlet have made the first thousand of controlled flights, Newcomb wrote: “Such combination of materials known to us with to the known gear and forces is impossible to find which would allow to the person to design of the machine for flights by air. Therefore at an evaluation of the perspective proposals, in essence changing our sights for aerospace and a power engineering future, let we will correlate these, not becoming a prophetical word, to those great reachings which the aviation in expired century has made.

Comes nearer 2000-th years . . . For almost mystical date – on Friday, on December 31, 1999, – finishing this day, week, month, year, century and millennium, already contours of the New World with unprecedented take-off of new opportunities are looked through . . .
